Founded in 2025 in Midlothian, we’re proud to be the area’s newest cheer gym, offering a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment for athletes of all ages. Our mission is simple: to help every athlete reach their full potential through expert coaching, structured training, and a community that feels like family.

Our diverse class schedule is designed to meet athletes where they are and take them to the next level. From preschool programs that focus on coordination and confidence to advanced tumbling, stunting, and specialty training, there’s a class for every age, skill level, and goal. Each session is led by passionate, experienced coaches who blend technical precision with encouragement—ensuring that every athlete grows in both skill and self-belief.

AGES 12M – 2Y
Creative Movement 12M - 2Y Creative Movement introduces little ones to the joy of movement through music, rhythm, and playful activities. This class helps develop coordination, balance, and listening skills while encouraging creativity and self-expression. With fun songs, simple dance steps, and plenty of energy, toddlers gain confidence and social skills in a positive, supportive environment.
Preschool 3-5Y
Preschool 3Y-4Y The Preschool 3 class will introduce young children to the fundamentals of tumbling in a fun and engaging way! ** no experience necessary ** In this class athletes will participate in activities that help develop fine and gross motor skills and build confidence. Coaches will introduce various colors, shapes and numbers through hands on stations. This class is structured to encourage socialization, listening skills and following directions all within a safe and supportive environment.

Flyer Flex 6Y-18Y
Flyer Flex class is for all flyers **No experience necessary** **This class is required for all team flyers** This class will begin with a warm up and deep stretch prior to advancing to stretching body positions. Flyers will learn how to pull body positions correctly while also building the strength to hold them. This class will incorporate other flying skills with the flexibility aspect on both the ground, stunt stand, or other equipment.
Beginners Tumbling 6Y-18Y
Our level 1 beginners tumbling class will focus on building a strong foundation in basic tumbling skills. ** No previous experience necessary ** Overall goal of this class is to build strength, flexibility and coordination. Athletes will learn and refine fundamental skills such as forward roll, backward roll, handstand and cartwheel while also introducing round-offs, front limber and back limber. Correct form will be stressed in this class to ensure safety and proper athlete development as they transition to more advanced skills.
Elite Tumbling This Elite Tumbling class is for advanced athletes working Level 4 skills. ** Athletes must have MASTERED Level 1-3 skills ** This class will focus on skills such as standing tuck, standing back handspring series to tuck, layouts, whips and punch front step out connections.
Adult Tumbling Calling all Adults Whether you are a retired cheerleader who misses it or have never been a cheerleader but always wanted to try, this class is for YOU!! You will start with the same warmups, strength building and foundation elements as our athletes and safely progress using equipment, coach instruction and spotting based on personal skill level. PLEASE NOTE NOT EVERYONE WILL PROGRESS AT THE SAME SPEED IN THIS CLASS.
Jumps 6Y-18Y
Jumps Whether for school cheer or competitive cheer, our Jumps class will help improve your technique and height!! ** No experience necessary ** Some athletes have great technique and need to improve jump height, while others have height but need to clean up the technique. Our coaches will warm up athletes then incorporate a combination of drills, stretches, strength building and feedback to target each athlete’s specific needs. This class will also help your athlete transition to connecting whip jumps or if your athlete needs to tumble out of a jump. If your athlete has a specific skill to work, please be sure to communicate this with the class coaches.
Walkovers 6Y-18Y
Walkovers The Walkovers class is designed for athletes who are ready to progress to more advanced level 1 skills. **Athletes must have mastered the beginners class skills** This class will continue to emphasize flexibility in back and shoulders, strength development and core work and developing body awareness and control. Athletes will learn and master Power Hurdle Round-Off, Handstand Forward Roll, Back Extension Roll, Back Bend Kick-over, Back Walkover, Front Walkover and Valdez. Once athletes demonstrate mastery in all level 1 skills they will be evaluated for advancement.
Back Handsprings Series 6Y-18Y
Back Handsprings Our Back Handspring class is designed for athletes advancing to level 2 skills ** Athletes must have mastered Level 1 skills prior to this class ** Level 2 skills require more strength, flexibility and body control than level 1 skills. This class will continue to focus on proper progressions and will introduce the standing back handspring, round-off back handspring, and bounder.
Back Handsprings Series The Back Handspring Series class is designed for those who can complete a standing back handspring unassisted. ** Athlete must have solid level 1 skills and be able to do a back handspring unassisted for this class** In this class the athletes will begin to combine additional skills to the back handspring such as back walkover back handspring, round off back handspring series, back handspring step out back walkover back handspring and other variations.
Tucks 6Y-18Y
Tucks Our Tucks class will prioritize level 3 tumbling skills. ** Athletes must have mastered Level 1 & 2 tumbling to enroll in this class ** In this class athletes will work on round-off BHS tuck, specialty skills through to tucks, standing back handspring series, punch front and aerial.,
Twisters 6Y-18Y
Twisters Our Twisters Tumbling class focuses on developing skills that involve rotational movements. ** This class is ONLY for advanced athletes who have MASTERED Level 1-4 skills ** This class will focus on standing and running skills that involve a half twist, full twist or double twist as well as advanced elite skills through to twisting skills. Athletes will utilize drills to develop strength and power for more challenging flipping and twisting skills. Athletes will utilize specialized equipment such as spring floor, rod floor, tumble track, and large safety mats to provide a safe and effective learning environment.
Strength, Flexibility & Stunt Workshops 6Y-18Y
Deep Stretch Join Coach Michelle for a Deep Stretching class!!! ** No experience necessary ** Approved for Flyers, Bases and Tumblers. This class is designed to target overall flexibility for all athletes. Improve your back and shoulder flexibility for tumbling and stunts while also improving your leg and hip flexibility for jumps. Overall stretching will help to improve every aspect of this sport!!
Stunt Class This stunt class will focus on flyer's body control, technique, and flexibility on the ground in combination with putting level appropriate skills into the air. ** no experience necessary ** Flyers will be able to isolate individual skills in the air while receiving feedback to improve on, and given stations and drills to help improve overall flyer technique and strength.
YOGA This class combines breath, movement, and mindfulness to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Students are guided through poses and flows that reduce stress, build body awareness, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed. Suitable for all levels, modifications are provided to meet each participant’s needs.
Mother's Day Out 1Y – 4Y
Mother's Day Out - Ages 1-2 Annual Enrollment and Registration Fee $100 Looking for a fun and active way for your little one to spend their mornings? Our Mother’s Day Out program is designed for toddlers and preschoolers to explore movement, burn energy, and learn new skills in a safe, structured, and playful environment. Each session focuses on movement-based activities that keep children engaged and having fun. Children are exposed to tumbling basics, dancing and rhythm games, tots obstacle course and an intro to cheer, dance, tumbling & creative movement. Our program gives children a chance to build coordination, balance, and confidence—while making friends and having fun! Please Note: We are not a licensed childcare facility. This program is movement-based enrichment, not daycare.
Mother's Day Out -Ages 2-4 Annual Enrollment and Registration Fee $100 Semi-Annual Supply $75 Looking for a fun and active way for your little one to spend their mornings? Dance
Acro Our ACRO class is designed to combine classical dance technique with the athleticism and precision of acrobatics, emphasizing a seamless blending of stunts and flowing movements within a dance choreography. While this class will incorporate skills like handstands, cartwheels and balances, ACRO is distinct from gymnastics in its focus on artistic expression. ACRO involves only the athletes body and will build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Adult Jazz Our Adult Jazz dance class is designed for adults of all ages to learn the technique and terminology with Jazz. This class will train the art of Jazz for beginners to advanced levels promoting strength, flexibility and rhythm. In this class dancers will warm up, stretch, work on across the floor combinations and learn choreography.
Advanced/Intermediate Ballet Our Advanced / Intermediate Ballet class is designed for students with extensive training and an expansive knowledge of the technique and its proper alignment. ** This is not a beginner class and dancers may be moved to appropriate classes at the instructor's discretion. **
Advanced/Intermediate Contemporary Our Advanced / Intermediate Contemporary class builds on foundational modern dance and blends it with jazz, ballet and hip hop, focusing on sophisticated technique, deep floor work, improvisation and expressive story telling. Dancers develop strength, stamina, fluidity and an authentic voice, moving beyond simple execution to explore complex movements of various styles with a strong emphasis on artistic expression.
Open Tap Designed for dancers with prior tap experience, this class focuses on expanding technique, rhythm patterns, and sound clarity. Students will work on more complex combinations, timing variations, and choreography that challenge coordination and musicality. The class builds confidence while deepening performance quality and style.
Beginner Ballet Our Beginner Ballet class is designed to teach the foundational five positions, proper posture, and basic movements through barre and center floor exercises. The instruction will focus on body alignment, coordination, balance and musicality using classical music. Exercises are demonstrated clearly and broken down into simple sequences to help new dancers grasp the core vocabulary and technique. ** no previous experience required **
Beginner Jazz Our Beginner Jazz class will focus on teaching fundamental techniques like isolations, basic steps such as chasse’ and ball change, simple turns and focusing on expressive movements while improving coordination and confidence. ** No previous experience required **
Beginner Jazz and Ballet Our beginner Jazz and Ballet class is a combo class designed to help new dancers explore various styles. This class will focus on the foundational technique, posture, alignment and grace of ballet while also training the sharp, energetic movements, body isolations and dynamic choreography to popular music of jazz.
Combo Class 4Y – 6Y This class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both ballet and tap in a fun, supportive environment. Students will build balance, coordination, and posture through ballet basics while exploring rhythm, timing, and sound in tap. The combination offers a well-rounded foundation in dance, boosting confidence, creativity, and musicality.
Combo Class 7Y and up Combo Dance Class for ages 7 and up. This class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both ballet and tap in a fun, supportive environment. Students will build balance, coordination, and posture through ballet basics while exploring rhythm, timing, and sound in tap. The combination offers a well-rounded foundation in dance, boosting confidence, creativity, and musicality.
Combo Jazz: Leaps and Turns This class focuses on the essential technical elements of jazz dance, emphasizing strength, control, and precision. Dancers will practice proper alignment, flexibility, and conditioning while developing a variety of leaps, jumps, and turn sequences. With a focus on clean technique and performance quality, this class is perfect for students looking to refine their skills and take their dancing to the next level.
Combo Pom and Hip Hop This upbeat class blends the sharp, high-energy style of pom with the fun, rhythmic movement of hip hop. Dancers will build strength, precision, and musicality while learning dynamic choreography that combines clean arm motions, powerful jumps, and hip hop grooves. Perfect for students who love team-style dance, this class boosts performance skills, stamina, and confidence on the floor.
Dance Strength and Stretch This conditioning-based class is designed to improve flexibility, core stability, and overall strength to support dancers in all styles. Students will work through targeted exercises, dynamic stretching, and technique-focused drills that enhance balance, alignment, and injury prevention. A perfect complement to dance training, this class helps dancers increase control, extension, and endurance while promoting long-term body health.
Cheer Show Teams
Super Nobles – Cheerabilities Team 6Y & up The Super Nobles, our Cheerabilities Team, is the heart of the gym and the showstopper at competitions! This team offers athletes of all abilities the chance to experience the excitement of cheerleading in a supportive and encouraging environment. Participants learn cheer motions, chants, dance, and simple stunts while building strength, coordination, and teamwork skills. The focus is on confidence, friendship, and fun, giving every athlete the opportunity to shine and celebrate their accomplishments. 1:1 Buddy ratio
Crowned Chaos 2Y – 4Y This class introduces little ones to the fun and excitement of cheerleading through simple chants, basic motions, and energetic dance. Toddlers build coordination, confidence, and social skills while enjoying music, movement, and lots of encouragement in a playful, supportive environment.
Cheer and Drill Team Prep
Drill Team Prep (Middle School) This class is designed for dancers preparing to join a drill or dance team. Students focus on building technique, precision, and performance skills through basic drill team choreography, dance fundamentals, and conditioning exercises. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, timing, and confidence, giving dancers a strong foundation to succeed on any team.
Cheer Prep Class Our Cheer Prep Class is designed to teach athletes the foundation of cheer. ** no experience necessary ** This class will encompass a combination of motion technique, jumps, spiriting, memorization of materials taught, stunt technique, and some tumbling!! This is a great class to help prepare for tryouts.
College Prep Our College Prep class focuses on developing skills that will help prepare your athlete for college tryouts. ** no previous requirements however athletes in the class may work on varying levels of difficulty based on the athletes level of experience ** This class will focus on all elements of the tryout process. Motion Technique, Tryout dance work, Jumps, Tumbling, and stunts as permitted.
Homeschool Open Gym
Homeschool Open Gym Looking for a fun and active way to break up the homeschool day? Our Open Gym for Homeschoolers offers a welcoming and flexible environment where kids can move freely, explore equipment, and engage in unstructured play. Whether they're climbing, jumping, tumbling, or making new friends, this is a great opportunity for homeschool students to stay active, socialize, and burn off energy in a safe, supervised space. Perfect for all ages and abilities, Open Gym encourages creativity, movement, and healthy interaction—without the structure of a formal class. Parents are welcome to join in or relax on the sidelines.
